At Darkies in Tech, we help Program Managers
deliver inclusive, high-impact startup support—
from sourcing quality black-owned ventures to
refining design and ensuring follow-through.
We curate high-potential black-owned startups, prepare founders for engagement, and connect them with your program for stronger fit and traction.
We embed fairness, cultural relevance, and responsiveness into your program to better support black founders while meeting core goals.
We keep founders engaged, leveraging community trust and anonymous feedback to surface insights beyond formal channels.
We sustain momentum by curating demo days that connect founders with investors, corporates, and media for real opportunities.
We don’t just plug into your program — we partner with you from day one to align, activate, and deliver.
“Working with DIT gave us vital access to a pool of high-potential
Black founders we wouldn’t have reached alone. Their deep
relationships and insight made them an invaluable partner. DIT isn’t
just a network — they’re a connector, opening doors and
building trust where it matters most.”
